Souvlaki: Its roots go back to antiquity. The first mention is in the Iliad. Where we find Achilles roasting pieces of meat in Thrace. The souvlaki consists of small pieces of meat (pork or chicken) put on sticks and grilled.
Kleftiko (or thief in English)
